Q: When will I receive my order?大概需要多少天会收到包裹

All orders are normally shipped out in 3-5 workings days (excluding weekends & public holidays and excluding the day you make the payment).

After your order is dispatched, you can expect it to arrive in following time:

Local (Malaysia): 1 - 3 working days

We always do our best to handle and ship your order with care, sometime it might take a little longer during heavy traffic of delivery.

Both Ready stock order and Pre-Order will have same duration for us to dispatch out the parcels.

For Pre-order order, we highly recommend customers who are interested to join pre-order to read through and understand the process and rules of our shop. Pre-order orders will be dispatched out within 3-5 working days once the items had arrived to our shop. Each different pre-order brand will have different estimated time of arrival (ETA).

** Kindly inform us via email with your Order ID in advance if you would like to change your shipping address before we dispatched out your parcel.

** Do follow us on Instagram (Story) or visit our website to know the status or estimated time of arrival (ETA) of each pre-order items.

Q: Do you refund shipping fees or change ?您是否退还运费或更改

Completed order are not allowed to change/refund and cancellation order. Items that are damaged or defective must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt for exchange if it comes with its original purchase receipt and packaging.

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered in the case of Malaysia domestic shipment.

Q: What if I need my parcel urgently?如果我急需我的包裹怎么办

Q: Do I receive my order partially if my pre-order items have not arrive? 如果我的预购商品尚未到达，我是否会收到部分订单？

We will ship out the order together with pre-order items unless customer request. Additional shipping fee may be charged. 

Q: My order never arrived. 我的订单从未到货

Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 5 working days from the delivery date for local (Malaysia).

Q: When will my order be dispatched ? 我的订单什么时候发货

Both Readystock order and Pre-Order will have same duration for us to dispatch out the parcels.

Q: Do you provide tracking number?

 All shipping is come with tracking number.
